- Date: Capture dates in YYYY-mm-dd format.
- User Profile Management: Access and edit user field data directly within individual agent profiles.
- Mailbox Signature Integration: Leverage user field data by incorporating variables within mailbox signatures. These variables are dynamically replaced with the corresponding user information during message creation.
