- Granular Access Control (IP Allowlisting): Restrict access to the Smarticks admin area and conversations by specifying authorized IP addresses or ranges. This additional layer of security helps prevent unauthorized access attempts.
- reCAPTCHA Verification:
- Multi-Form Protection: Implement Google reCAPTCHA v2 verification to secure various forms within Smarticks, including:
- Main Smarticks Login Form
- End-User Portal Login Form
- End-User Portal “Submit Conversation” Form
- Captcha Flexibility: Choose between invisible reCAPTCHA or the “I’m not a robot” checkbox to best suit your user experience preferences.
- Dynamic Captcha Type Management: Smarticks allows you to adjust the reCAPTCHA type (invisible or checkbox) directly within the functionality settings, eliminating the need to recreate captchas in Google’s settings for each change.
