Mentions functionality
Mentions functionality enables you to ping other individuals in a note on a conversation and send them a notification without having to assign them the whole conversation.
individuals who are hidden in the mailbox Permission settings are not displayed in the list.
When a user is mentioned he/she receives a notification in the menu.
To receive notifications when mentioned, individuals need to configure their Notifications
